About Creative Kids Family Day Care
Creative Kids Family Day Care is a
Multi-Age Child Care Facility that can care for up to 8
children, ranging in age from infant to school age
children. Creative Kids is located in Walnut Grove, in the
North Langley area (north of Hwy 1), also near
the Golden Ears Bridge and Fort Langley.
We offer a pre-school based environment including
arts & crafts, phonics, science center, music center,
reading area, dress-up area, puppets, full play kitchen,
separate nap area, closed circuit monitoring
and much more...
I encourage reading readiness for kindergarten from
an early age. We do a Phonics Program with the
Pre-School age children. This includes both lower case
and upper case letters. We also have daily circles that
include calendar, weather, seasons, days of the week as
well as teaching colors, numbers and shapes. I provide
parents with monthly Scholastic Book Order forms if they
are interested. I provide a variety of learning
experiences through puzzles, games and activities that
make learning fun.
All year around, we have outdoor time as weather
permits. We have a large fenced yard backing onto a
beautiful green space with a full play gym, play
vehicles and age appropriate sports equipment.
I am a Early Childhood Educator with over 25
years experience caring for children. My goal is to
provide your children with the best possible start in
life, introducing them to a large variety of activities
and learning experiences. My family and I are active members of Langley's
Community in Action
Adopt-a-Program and have adopted
Holmstead Park as part of this initiative.
